Job summary

Collibra Public Sector is seeking a Manager of Federal Professional Services to lead engagement teams delivering services to U.S. government clients. The role ensures long-term customer success, adoption, and satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle.

You will drive operational excellence, coordinate with Sales and Finance on renewals and expansions, and build delivery frameworks to align GTM efforts with mission outcomes. A Secret/TS/TS-SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and residency in the U.S. required.
• Minimum 5 years consulting for U.S. federal agencies.
• At least 2 years leading services teams for federal agencies.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Knowledge of data management topics and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resource management for federal engagements.
• Drive timely project execution and value delivery across government accounts.
• Monitor performance and optimize team utilization and revenue.
• Shape GTM strategy, messaging, and pricing for CPS Services.
• Oversee customer journey, milestones, and risk management across engagements.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional service.
