Qualifications

• U.S. citizen residing in the U.S. required for the role supporting U.S. government.
• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Minimum of 2 years leading services teams in federal engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with government data governance, data management, or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Services Operations, coordinating Engagement Managers and Solution Architects for timely, value-driven delivery.
• Oversight of project milestones, utilization and revenue optimization.
• Guide GTM strategy and messaging for CPS Services across the customer journey.
• Manage project lifecycle controls, planning, time tracking, and value forecasting.
• Develop delivery roadmaps and high-level solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Mentor and coach Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
