Collibra Public Sector (CPS) seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead all services roles for government clients, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and mission-aligned delivery across the customer lifecycle.

The role drives cohesive customer journeys, safeguards account health and revenue, and coordinates engagements with GTM and finance. Strong leadership, communication, and federal-domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in U.S. federal agencies.
• 2+ years leading services teams serving federal agencies.
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge in data governance and data management.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and Kubernetes.
• Understanding APIs via Java or Python for enterprise Linux/Unix configurations.

Responsabilités

• Lead services operations and resources to ensure timely project execution and value delivery.
• Guide project teams through scoping, level of effort estimates, and milestones.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and sales enablement for CPS Services.
• Monitor performance and manage risk across engagements.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and drive delivery outcomes.
• Develop and implement frameworks for value realization and renewal motions.
• Support renewals, expansions, and new services business.
