Job summary

Collibra Public Sector seeks a Manager of Federal Professional Services to lead engagement teams, govern delivery, and optimize value across government programs. You will coordinate Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, align service delivery with mission outcomes, and drive customer success across the full lifecycle.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, strategic deal support, and collaboration with Sales and Finance to maximize renewals and expansions within U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing services teams supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership with frequent interaction with senior executives.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services operations and resources including Engagement Manager and Solution Architects to ensure timely project execution and value delivery.
• Manage professional services teams regarding milestones, delivery and goals; optimize utilization and revenue.
• Guide projects through scoping, level of effort estimates, and milestone achievement; monitor delivery lifecycle and first value forecasting.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy for CPS Services and shape how services are positioned, sold, and delivered.
• Engage with customers to identify business challenges, propose solutions, and deliver high-level delivery roadmaps.
