Job summary

Collibra Public Sector (CPS) seeks a Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead federal services and drive long-term government client success. You will align services delivery with mission outcomes and ensure operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.

In this role you will manage Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, optimize revenue, guide GTM and sales enablement, and mentor a team to deliver high-value, risk-aware implementations for federal agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• U.S. citizen with active security clearance.
• Experience managing services teams in federal contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resources across projects to ensure timely value delivery.
• Ensure project lifecycle controls, status reports, time records, and value realization.
• Guide Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, coordinating with Sales and Finance on renewals and expansions.
• Develop and maintain customer journeys and proactive value realization frameworks.
• Mentor and coach a team of Engagement Managers and Solution Architects for exceptional customer experience.
• Identify at-risk projects and drive remediation and preventive actions.
