Collibra Public Sector (CPS) seeks an accomplished Manager, Federal Professional Services to lead all services roles and ensure long-term success, adoption, and satisfaction of U.S. government clients.

The role drives a cohesive customer journey, aligns services with mission outcomes, and ensures operational excellence across the customer lifecycle. The candidate will guide engagement teams, govern delivery, and optimize revenue while mitigating risk.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years of consulting experience with U.S. federal agencies.
• Candidate must hold an active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI) or be eligible.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate with senior executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead services operations and resources to ensure timely, successful project execution and value delivery.
• Manage professional services teams, project milestones, delivery goals, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee customer journey mapping, vendor coordination, and GTM alignment for services.
• Monitor project lifecycle controls, status reporting, and first-value forecasting.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with Sales and other GTM teams to mitigate renewal or churn risk.
