BizFirst LLC in McLean, VA seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager to support assigned Account Executives, prepare quotes, respond to customer requests, maintain opportunity records, and coordinate order documentation and follow-up.

This role focuses on routine transactional opportunities, liaises with customers, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams, and builds knowledge of technology solutions and federal procurement processes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of inside sales or sales support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in pricing, product information, and documents.
• Ability to organize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learn business systems.

Aufgaben

• Support assigned Account Executives with customer requests, account activity, and follow-up.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, quotes, and order status.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams to advance opportunities.
• Support renewal tracking and follow-up on existing requirements.
• Communicate outstanding actions and deadlines to the Account Executive or internal resources.
• Prepare and maintain accurate quotes based on requirements and pricing.
• Review RFQ requests and identify required products and documents.
• Obtain pricing from distributors/manufacturers and assist with special pricing requests.
• Manage routine quotes through submission and follow-up with internal teams.
• Maintain complete opportunity records and update statuses.
• Follow pricing and approval procedures and escalate exceptions.
• Assemble order documentation and hand off to Order Processing.
• Review purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for fulfillment updates and status.
• Maintain records of correspondence, quotes, and approvals.
• Develop knowledge of offerings and sales procedures; participate in training.
