Job summary

VAE, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support the Sales organization in a fully remote capacity. You will manage customer relationships and respond to RFQs under ITES-4H and SEWP contract vehicles, coordinating with internal teams to furnish pricing and technical details.

The role requires strong communication across phone, email, and chat, and a solid understanding of federal contracting, including experience with the U.S. Department of War.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in inside sales, customer relations, or a related field.
• Experience searching for and responding to RFQs under ITES-4H and SEWP contract vehicles.
• Experience with U.S. government contracting and federal customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Search for, identify, and respond to RFQs under ITES-4H and SEWP contracts.
• Prepare accurate quotes in response to government requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, availability, and technical information.
• Track and follow up on open opportunities to ensure timely responses and closure.
• Communicate with customers and government stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain records of interactions, quotes, and RFQ activity.
