Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Federal accounts to maximize the productivity of our Federal Enterprise Sales Teams by partnering with and supporting field sales coworkers. You will manage quotes, orders, and government requirements, while coordinating with Federal Services and PM teams on large projects.

You will train and mentor colleagues, handle contract vehicles, and ensure accurate quote-to-order conversions.

Qualifications

• Technology industry experience or 2+ years of sales experience (non-retail).
• 3-5 years' experience as a CDW ISR or Sr. or Exec Account Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, effective interpersonal skills, energetic and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Understand and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, contracts, or Federal requirements.
• Utilize training opportunities to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Build customer relations and be 2nd in command when teams travel.
• Provide proactive information to clients impacting their business.
• Develop relationships with internal departments.
• Train or mentor new coworkers.
