• Effective communication by phone and in person with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts in the ERP/CRM system.
• Provide information on product availability, lead times, and alternatives for out-of-stock items.
• Resolve issues by researching problems and coordinating solutions or escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Use ERP/CRM to track interactions, order history, and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
