Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive the Identity Security solution to the DoD market. You will lead a cross-functional team of partners, presales, and customer success to deliver sales wins and customer success.

The role requires strong communication and territory planning, with a focus on competitive positioning versus Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. 50% travel is typical, and base salary ranges with strong total compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or global equivalent.
• Strong communication and discovery-call skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
• Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute plans with partners and end users.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own and oversee all sales-cycle steps from qualification to closing.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
