Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell its Identity Security Solution. The role requires skilled communication in first engagements, discovery calls, and competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.

You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive sales wins and customer success. Responsibilities include achieving revenue quotas, leading virtual teams of resources, and developing strategic territory plans to move opportunities from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales related field.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Address each customer’s and partner’s inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions.
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain high levels of service and SailPoint values.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to execute plans.
• Pursue all leads and ensure systems are updated.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Follow-up with customers and partners post-sale for ongoing coverage and opportunities.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle including negotiations and closing.
