Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security solution to the DOW in the Federal Government. The role requires leading a virtual team of partners and resources to deliver sales wins and customer success.

You will own the entire sales cycle, qualify opportunities, present SailPoint’s value, and collaborate with leadership to refine strategy. Expect travel and close collaboration with marketing and channel teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales field.
• Experience communicating value and leading cross-functional deals.
• Ability to manage opportunities from discovery to close.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota.
• Engage customers and partners with tailored solutions.
• Develop territory and account plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle including RFPs and negotiations.
• Navigate discussions with diverse stakeholders at multiple levels.
