Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell Identity Security solutions to the DHS within the Federal Government. You will coordinate a virtual team across presales, partner resources, and customer success to win and sustain accounts.

The role requires a strong communicator who can lead a team, develop territory plans, and manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with marketing and partners to deliver tailored solutions. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales field.
• Willingness to travel about 50% yearly.
• Experience selling identity security or security solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions.
• Develop business plans aligned to territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute plans with partners and end users.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
