Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Federal Account Executive to lead and scale our footprint with HHS HQ and divisions such as CMS and CDC. You will drive adoption of AI-powered search, log analytics, SIEM, and observability across health and public health missions.

You will work with agency leaders and architects to solve mission challenges through data analytics, cloud architectures, and threat hunting while navigating federal procurement paths from lead to close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of quota overachievement and multi-million-dollar deals selling enterprise SaaS/cloud in Federal Civilian (FedCiv) environments.
• Direct experience selling to HHS HQ, CMS and/or CDC with established relationships among agency buyers and integrators.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security/SIEM, APM, Observability and Cloud architectures.
• Adept at navigating both technical teams and executive decision-makers to win complex deals.
• Consistent pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic's solutions across HHS health divisions and agencies.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies to replace legacy SIEM/monitoring providers.
• Act as trusted advisor to agency leaders, architects, CIO/CISO/CDO teams.
• Navigate federal procurement pathways (GSA, NASA SEWP, IDIQs) from lead to close.
• Articulate value of Elastic offerings while leveraging open-source roots.
• Build ecosystem coalitions with SI partners, VARs, cloud providers, and federal programs.
