Job summary
Elastic is seeking a Federal Account Executive to grow our presence with UN, World Bank, and NARA accounts using Elastic's AI-powered search and analytics. You will position Elastic as a trusted advisor, evangelize our Open Source offerings, and uncover new use cases with federal civilian agencies.
You will lead complex sales cycles, forecast accurately in SFDC, and build a comprehensive business plan leveraging partners and community ecosystems to drive significant growth in our federal
Qualifications
- Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales with complex accounts.
- Experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies (UN, World Bank, NARA) is preferred.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management in large organizations.
- Comfort with Open Source models and community-driven ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Elastic AI-powered search in Federal Civilian accounts.
- Position as trusted advisor to customers on Elastic search analytics.
- Champion Open Source offerings and value of commercial features.
- Identify new use cases and opportunities within accounts.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and develop comprehensive territory plans.
