Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Federal Account Executive to lead and scale our footprint across HHS HQ and CMS/CDC, with emphasis on HQ. You will drive adoption of Elastic's Search AI, Security, and Observability solutions, working with agency leaders to solve mission challenges through AI-powered analytics and log management.

In this role, you will manage complex FedCiv sales cycles, navigate GSA/NASA SEWP pathways, and build ecosystem coalitions with SI partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS/cloud software into Federal Civilian (FedCiv) agencies.
• Experience selling into HHS HQ, CMS and/or CDC with established relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Adoption: Expand Elastic's solutions across key HHS health divisions.
• Capitalize on Competitive Displacements: Replace legacy SIEM/monitoring providers to lower TCO.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with agency leaders and CIO/CISO/CDO teams.
• Execute Complex FedCiv Sales Cycles: Navigate procurement paths and manage pursuits from lead to close.
