Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, notably Federal Civilian agencies such as the SSA and Federal Financial Regulatory Agencies. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS quota-carrying success: 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a consumption-based model.
• Enterprise software sales experience with Federal Civilian agencies (SSA or regulatory bodies).
• Expert discovery & qualification using MEDDPICC to build disciplined pipelines.
• Executive-level presentations and demos tied to measurable business impact.
• Strong multi-year contract negotiation skills and deal strategy.
• Technical & cloud fluency across observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborative mindset, coachability, and alignment with Elastic values.
• Open source experience or advocacy is a plus.
