Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks a Federal Account Executive to grow our presence with UN, World Bank, and NARA accounts. You will drive adoption of Elastic AI-powered search, position yourself as a trusted advisor, and champion Open Source offerings while uncovering new use cases and opportunities.

You will build credibility with developers and executives, forecast accurately in SFDC, and work within a team that values open source collaboration and enterprise-scale analytics.

Qualifications

Experience closing SaaS subscriptions with federal civilian customers.
Proven quota overachievement and strong references.
Experience selling to UN, World Bank, or NARA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search in Federal Civilian accounts.
Position as trusted advisor for Elastic search analytics to derive insights.
Advocate Open Source offerings and commercial features.
Identify new use cases and drive growth within territory.
Navigate complex sales cycles and develop a business plan with partners.
