Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Growth Associate to drive expansion in federal accounts, focusing on the US Army and VA. The role suits professionals with government program management or consulting backgrounds who can navigate DoD processes and capture activities.

Expect to engage in in-person industry events, develop capture strategies, and contribute to proposal content. Ideal candidates bring strong networking skills, modern tech fluency, and the ability to articulate value propositions

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
Prior Government Program Manager/Analyst transitioning to industry or from a major consulting firm.
Strong interpersonal skills for networking and building rapport with government and industry leaders.
Solid knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
Hands-on experience writing federal proposals and working within structured capture processes.
Fluency with modern tech concepts including cloud and AI.

Mansioni

Support growth in VA and US Army accounts by developing customer and market intelligence for capture decisions.
Assist capture lifecycle under the capture lead as opportunities enter active pipeline.
Develop win themes and value propositions tailored to Army and VA acquisition frameworks.
Collaborate with teams to identify strategic teaming partners and prepare teaming materials.
Write proposal sections and ensure alignment of technical solutions, pricing, and messaging.
Maintain accurate CRM records including call plans and engagement logs.
