Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of total experience in federal growth, program management, or acquisition.
• Experience as Government PM/Analyst or from a major consulting firm.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with government and industry leaders.
• Knowledge of VA and Army acquisition processes and DoD contracting mechanisms.
• Experience writing federal proposals within structured capture processes.

• Capture strategy development and account planning for VA and Army.
• Support capture lifecycle and win themes tailored to DoD frameworks.
• Collaborate with BD, Solution Architects, and Pricing for aligned proposals.
• Attend events, build relationships, and gather market intelligence.
