Job summary
Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Field Solution Engineer in Quebec with expertise in Cloud Security, IoT, Networking, Linux, and access control. You will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada's footprint into Fortune 500 companies and provide technical design guidance throughout the sales cycle.
You will interface with customers and partners to overcome objections, design deployments with Verkada products, and help drive the technical win.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or security field.
- Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Certifications in AWS, CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/CISSP are a plus.
- Experience with AD, SAML/SCIM, APIs and Python is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with customers and partners during the sales cycle.
- Design deployments with Verkada products and guide customers through architecture.
- Overcome objections and secure the technical win for Verkada.
- Present solutions to executives, IT, and loss prevention teams; travel as needed.
