Job summary

Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security and management and is seeking a Federal Account Executive to own and grow a named federal territory. You will drive net-new logo acquisition and expand enterprise accounts by positioning Cohesity as mission-critical infrastructure for cyber resilience and data security.

You will engage with C-level and VP-level decision makers, run structured, value-based sales cycles, and partner with sales engineers and channel partners to execute coordinated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in quota-carrying enterprise sales.
• Experience selling cybersecurity/data security solutions to large enterprises.
• Strong executive engagement and deal-closure track record.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined enterprise territory and meet annual quota with new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Engage C-level/VP-level decision makers and lead structured, value-based sales cycles.
• Develop business cases linking Cohesity to security, resilience, compliance and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal teams to execute account strategies.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, territory plans and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Leverage AI tools to improve deal quality and decision making.
