Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive to drive transformative IT strategy and hybrid-cloud engagements for US Federal Financials customers.

You will partner with ProServe Cloud Architects and Delivery teams to craft business outcomes, create compelling proposals, secure SOW sign-off, and monitor delivery to maximize revenue and CSAT while guiding customers through complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology sales or account management.
• Experience with sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.
• Experience building relationships with C-level clients and influencing decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Financial acumen with capability to analyze key metrics.
• Experience selling technology solutions to US Federal Financials customers.
• Track record of enterprise engagements within Federal Financials.
• Technical proficiency to understand AWS services and solutions.
• 4+ years in technical specialist/design/architecture or AWS certification.
• Experience in cleared environments with FedRAMP/DoD/IC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and high-value engagements with customers.
• Collaborate with AWS Global Sales for coordinated account strategy.
• Create proposals, secure SOW sign-off, and drive project delivery.
• Monitor projects to ensure delivery of customer business outcomes and maximize revenue.
