Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a USA Capture Manager to lead federal capture efforts for the Technology Division. You will own the full capture lifecycle for CONUS opportunities in drones/UAS/UUV, robotics, AI, and additive manufacturing, shaping win strategies and customer engagements.

You will coordinate with internal teams and international partners to ensure compliant, differentiated solutions, targeting DIU OTAs/CSOs, SeaPort-NxG, OASIS+, and GSA MAS programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of federal BD or capture experience with DoD or federal technology pursuits.
• Experience leading captures involving unmanned systems, robotics, AI, or additive manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement vehicles (DIU OTAs/CSOs, SeaPort-NxG, OASIS+, GSA MAS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute capture plans with win themes, solution strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Identify, qualify, and shape DoD opportunities aligned with unmanned systems, robotics, AI, and additive manufacturing.
• Build relationships with DoD customers, program offices, contracting officers, and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with SMEs, proposal teams, pricing, contracts, and international partners to ensure compliant, compelling solutions.
• Support pipeline development, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
