Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a USA Capture Manager to lead federal capture efforts for the Technology Division. You will own the full capture lifecycle for CONUS opportunities involving drones/UAS/UUV, robotics, AI-enabled solutions, additive manufacturing, and related offerings.

Build win strategies, engage DoD customers, and drive disciplined capture processes to convert pipeline into awards on DIU OTAs/CSOs, SeaPort-NxG, OASIS+, and related pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of federal business development or capture experience with DoD or federal tech pursuits.
• Experience leading captures involving unmanned systems, robotics, AI, or additive manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OTAs/CSOs, SeaPort-NxG, OASIS+, GSA MAS, and set-asides.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture lifecycle from opportunity ID to proposal submission and award for Technology Division.
• Develop detailed capture plans with win themes, strategies, and price-to-win analyses.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities in unmanned systems, robotics, AI, and additive manufacturing.
• Build relationships with DoD customers and program offices; engage DIU, Navy, Army, Air Force and others.
• Represent Planate at events to position capabilities and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate with SMEs, proposals, pricing, contracts, and potential teammates (incl. international partners).
• Support pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and KPI reporting for capture activities.
• Identify and pursue teaming opportunities on OTAs, IDIQs, and set-aside procurements.
• Monitor trends, acquisition strategies, and competitor activity in target domains.
• Perform other duties to support Technology Division and growth objectives.
