Job summary

Intermap, a global geospatial leader, seeks a Capture Manager to drive opportunities from capture through proposal development into project delivery in the U.S. federal market. Lead a collaborative team, identify revenue opportunities, and shape winning proposals for government accounts.

The role requires proven capture experience, ability to manage complex bid processes, and coordination with writers, operations, and executives to ensure compliant, compelling submissions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Federal government business development and/or capture management.
• Strong knowledge of US federal procurements (FAR) and government acquisitions.
• Proven track record of successful capture across multiple programs.
• Experience leading large-scale bid opportunities and maintaining a pipeline.
• Ability to coach teams through the capture process.
• Geospatial knowledge is a plus; security clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop a capture plan.
• Develop and grow presence in Federal government space.
• Maintain a high probability of win for selected opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, writers, and partners.
• Organize and track bid requirements through submission.
• Ensure bids reflect win strategy and are compliant.
• Review proposals for consistency and quality.
