Job summary

AAMU Alumni Association, Inc. is seeking a skilled Capture Manager to lead the end-to-end capture lifecycle, from qualification through contract award, coordinating cross-functional teams across capture, proposal, and business development.

Responsibilities include developing capture plans, engaging customers, performing competitive intelligence, and guiding win strategies. Experience with FAR-based programs and a Secret clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of capture, proposal, or business development experience.
• Knowledge of FAR-based acquisitions, OTAs, BAAs, and federal procurement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Summary:
Leads capture planning and opportunity development for federal research and contracting opportunities, coordinating technical, business, and proposal teams from opportunity identification through award.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete capture lifecycle from qualification through contract award.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, price-to-win, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate teaming agreements and solution development.
• Support storyboards, color reviews, and proposal strategy.

Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–8 years of capture, proposal, or business development experience.
• Knowledge of FAR-based acquisitions, OTAs, BAAs, and federal procurement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
