SAJ Technologies is actively seeking a Federal Business Development Specialist to bolster our federal contracting efforts. This hands-on role focuses on opportunity identification, capture, and proposal work to drive growth within the government sector.

You will research opportunities using SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS and agency forecasts; maintain the BD pipeline; and coordinate proposal schedules and reviews. The position requires 2–4 years of GovCon BD or related experience and three days onsite in

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of federal GovCon BD, capture, proposal or related experience.
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition and solicitation process.
• Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS or similar tools.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsabilidades

• Research federal opportunities using SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS and agency forecasts.
• Maintain and continuously update the BD opportunity pipeline.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities for leadership review.
• Track solicitations, amendments, deadlines and award activity.
• Support capture planning, competitive research and go/no-go analysis.
• Assist with proposal development, including past performance, management and technical sections.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, documentation and review cycles.
• Research federal agencies, budgets, procurement forecasts and contract vehicles.
• Identify potential prime/subcontractor and teaming partners.
• Support NDAs, teaming agreements and partner coordination.
• Assist with federal industry events and agency outreach.
• Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and BD activity reports.
• Support win/loss and competitive analysis.
