Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC seeks a Senior Business Development Professional to drive growth across Federal, DoD and commercial sectors. You will lead opportunity identification, qualification, and closing efforts, shaping requirements early in the acquisition cycle and building trusted relationships with DoD decision-makers and partners.

Based in a fast-paced government-focused environment, you will monitor government portals for opportunities, lead CRM and capture workflows, and coordinate proposal

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, capture or sales in Federal/DoD IT.
• Proven success capturing DoD contracts, IT focus preferred.
• Experience with POM processes and contracting vehicles (IDIQ).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BD strategy aligned to growth goals.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue DoD and federal opportunities.
• Lead capture, proposal support and contract transition.
• Establish relationships with DoD decision-makers and partners.
• Monitor government portals for opportunities and maintain CRM.
