SAJ Technologies is actively seeking a Federal Business Development Specialist to bolster our federal contracting efforts. This hands-on role focuses on opportunity identification, capture, and proposal work to drive growth within the government sector.

• 2–4 years of federal GovCon BD, capture, proposal or related experience.
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition and solicitation process.
• Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS or similar tools.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.

Saj Technologies is seeking a motivated Federal Business Development Specialist to support our growing federal contracting business. This is a hands‑on role for someone with 2–4 years of GovCon BD, capture, or proposal experience who wants greater exposure to opportunity identification, capture, proposals, teaming, and federal market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
• Experience supporting DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, GSA or civilian agency pursuits.
• Exposure to 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB or other small‑business programs.
• Experience with CRM or proposal‑management platforms.

Compensation

• Base salary up to $100,000, based on experience.
