Job summary

Red Cedar TG is seeking a dynamic Business Development Account Manager to drive growth in the JBSA and greater San Antonio federal market. You will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for IT services, own multi‑year account plans, and lead the pursuit from qualification through capture and proposal phases.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will engage with federal customers, primes, and partners, build a robust pipeline, and guide cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, public administration, acquisition management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of federal BD/account management/sales/capture experience with track record of winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Red Cedar TG’s IT services in JBSA and San Antonio federal market.
• Own multi-year account and growth plans; build a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Identify stakeholders, engage government and industry partners; position ahead of customer demand.
• Lead capture efforts including call planning, competitive analysis, price-to-win, and win strategy development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and functional teams to align pursuits with business objectives.
• Post‑award, maintain relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
