Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior leader to drive federal alternative delivery strategy and cultivate relationships with national and regional General Contractors for large-scale design-build programs in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in the procurement cycle and negotiate teaming terms.
• Collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction teams to develop and execute teaming strategies for higher probability of award.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline and support pursuit teams through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Track federal agency movements toward accelerated delivery methods and align resources accordingly.
