CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing U.S. Government design‑build opportunities.

You will help position CDM Smith as the preferred designer early in procurements and build executive‑level relationships for early teaming commitments. You will collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to create teaming strategies that strengthen the pursuit

Formación

Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent related experience
Minimum 15 years of federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development or equivalent
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies with duties

Responsabilidades

Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery contracts.
Position CDM Smith as the preferred or exclusive design partner early in procurement cycles and negotiate teaming terms.
Coordinate with Client Service Leaders and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to develop teaming strategies and improve probability of award.
Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
Track federal agency movements toward accelerated delivery models and align pursuit resources with prime contractor interest and capacity.
