Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships to secure teaming commitments.
• Collaborate with CSLs and preconstruction teams to develop and execute teaming strategies.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification to teaming agreements.
• Oversee development of competitive designer-led subcontracting and joint-venture structures.
• Ensure alignment of pursuit resources with prime contractor interest and award probability.
• Address operational friction between General Contractors and architect-engineer teams during design validation and cost reconciliation.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution.
