Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors. You will lead efforts to position CDM Smith as the preferred design partner for major government projects and build executive-level relationships to secure early teaming commitments.

You will work with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to craft teaming strategies, identify priority pursuits, and manage the contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for federal alternative delivery projects.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles and negotiate teaming terms.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve probability of award for government contracts.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capabilities, and build executive-level relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Track federal agency movements toward accelerated delivery methods and align resources with prime contractor interest.
