Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors for US government projects. You will identify pursuits, assess capabilities, and build executive relationships that lead to early teaming commitments.

As part of a high-performing team, you will collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales to develop teaming strategies and improve odds of award across complex federal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 15 years of federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and partnerships with General Contractors for federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Position CDM Smith as preferred design subcontractor early in procurement cycles.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Manage the contractor relationship pipeline through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to improve probability of award.
