CDM Smith is seeking a Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to shape the firm’s strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing U.S. Government design‑build opportunities, including Progressive Design‑Build, DB2B, and large DB programs.

You’ll identify priority pursuits, assess contractor capabilities, and build executive relationships to drive teaming commitments. In collaboration with CSLs and cross‑functional teams, you will advance pursuit strategies,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree.
15 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Mansioni

Target regional and national General Contractors pursuing federal alt delivery contracts.
Position CDM Smith as preferred design subcontractor; negotiate exclusivity & scopes.
Present engineering, constructability, cost validation, risk mitigation to GC teams.
Lead teaming strategy for federal opportunities and transition to pursuit teams.
Maintain qualified pipeline with federal CSLs; track next actions.
Monitor procurement shifts toward accelerated delivery methods.
Resolve friction points between GC and architect–engineer teams in design validation.
Serve as senior capture lead through teaming agreements to delivery handoff.
