Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal Alternative Delivery Market efforts, building relationships with national and regional General Contractors.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to secure early prime contractor opportunities and preferred subcontractor roles.
• Collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal and sales teams to translate procurement criteria into competitive design-led contracts.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and manage relationships through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Track federal procurement movements and align pursuit resources with contractor capacity and award probability.
