CDM Smith is seeking a highly qualified Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to shape strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing Design‑Build and related alternative delivery opportunities for U.S. government programs.

You will build executive relationships, guide pursuit teams, and translate strategies into teaming agreements and defined scopes of work, traveling up to 40% as needed to support federal pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors on federal alternative delivery contracts.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships to secure teaming commitments.
• Coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams to develop and execute teaming strategies that improve probability of award.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution and transition to pursuit and delivery teams.
