Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for large-scale Design-Build programs for U.S. Government projects.

The role focuses on securing exclusive or preferred lead design partner status and building executive-level teaming commitments. You will collaborate with Client Service Leaders, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to improve probability of award and lead the pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and partnerships with regional/national General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships for early teaming commitments.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and preconstruction, legal, and sales teams.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming execution.
• Monitor federal agency movements toward accelerated delivery methods and align pursuit resources.
