CDM Smith in Truckee, CA seeks a Senior Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors on progressive design-build, design-build to budget, and large-scale DB opportunities for U.S. federal clients.

You will work with Client Service Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop teaming strategies, secure prime contractor relationships, and move opportunities from target identification through teaming agreement execution,

Qualificações

• 15 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required. Frequency varies with duties.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and partnerships with General Contractors for federal alternative delivery.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies to improve probability of award.
• Maintain pipeline and coordinate with CSLs and pursuit teams.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive subcontract structures.
