CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Senior Alternative Delivery Market Lead to drive strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors for federal programs, including Progressive Design‑Build and DB2B. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of related experience in architecture/engineering/business development for federal or large-scale projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (PD-B, DB2B, DB).
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and lead pursuit teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with regional/national General Contractors for federal alternate delivery contracts.
• Identify priority pursuits, assess GC capability, and build executive-level teaming commitments.
• Collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales to develop and execute teaming strategies.
• Manage the GC relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with pursuit teams to present engineering, constructability, and cost validation insights.
• Lead teaming strategy for DoD and other federal opportunities, translating procurement criteria into competitive subcontract structures.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and align resources with prime contractor interest.
• Address friction points between GC and architect-engineer teams during design validation and cost reconciliation.
