CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced Federal Alternative Delivery Market Lead to set strategy and partnerships with regional and national General Contractors pursuing PDB, DB2B, and large-scale DB for the U.S. Government.

The role focuses on positioning CDM Smith as the exclusive or preferred design partner early in procurement cycles and building executive-level relationships to secure teaming commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency 20%–40%.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with national and regional General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery (PDB, DB2B, DB).
• Position CDM Smith as exclusive or preferred lead design partner before solicitations.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs, legal, preconstruction, and sales teams to improve probability of award.
