Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in a local territory, engaging with small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers. The role includes cold calling, arranging face-to-face meetings, and presenting insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

You'll train in a collaborative, supportive environment, with weekly pay, bonuses, and advancement opportunities as you build your own book of business in a flexible, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license) with licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly/quarterly targets and quotas.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
