Covenant Logistics is seeking an Expedited Experienced Driver Recruiter to grow our driver fleet with safe, service-oriented professionals. Responsibilities include screening applicants, scheduling orientation, and following up with top candidates in compliance with DOT and employment laws.

You will pre-screen applications, conduct phone interviews, enter data in Tenstreet, and produce regular reports while communicating compensation, benefits, and culture to candidates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen driver candidate applications and schedule orientation.
• Conduct phone interviews to pre-qualify applicants and follow up.
• Enter verification information in the ATS and monitor lead quality.
• Communicate compensation, benefits, and culture to candidates.
• Maintain reports and provide weekly feedback on metrics.
