Auto Driveaway is seeking an energetic Driver Recruiter to source, screen and onboard professional drivers, including DOT/CDL capable resources, and collaborate with safety and compliance teams.

The role focuses on building a nationwide driver network, delivering timely onboarding, and maintaining FMCSA compliance while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting for drivers.
• Experience with CDL drivers is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• High energy, results-driven and safety-focused.
• Proficiency with email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit professional drivers across assets including DOT and CDL.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to onboard drivers.
• Collaborate with safety/compliance on onboarding.
• Develop driver engagement and utilization metrics.
• Provide reporting and analytics to partners.
• Help grow nationwide driver network.
