Responsibilities

• Source applicants by utilizing various channels.
• Screen and interview applicants via phone to obtain work history, education, training and skills.
• Provide information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Process applications for potential drivers, new hires and rehires.
• Complete background screenings including pulling MVR and DAC reports.
• Complete retention calls to current drivers to build and maintain relationships.
• Track call and hire data generated from multiple sources.
