Job summary

Auto Driveaway, one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the US, is seeking an energetic Driver Recruiter to onboard drivers and support safety compliance duties. This role builds and maintains a diverse network of skilled, safety-minded drivers to back our nationwide operations.

Responsibilities include screening applications, interviewing candidates, coordinating with stakeholders to meet forecasted volumes, and delivering reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for drivers
• Experience with CDL drivers preferred
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High energy, safety-focused and customer oriented
• Proficiency with email and Excel

Responsibilities

• Recruit professional drivers for all asset types
• Screen applications and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet forecasted volumes
• Develop driver utilization metrics
• Partner with safety and compliance teams on onboarding and training
• Explore new recruiting opportunities across channels
• Provide reporting and analytics to leadership
• Grow Auto Driveaway’s driver network across the US
