Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Albany, NY to lead daily operations and deliver superior guest experiences. You will train staff, coach teams, and drive hospitality excellence while promoting the brand through local events and community engagement.

The role requires 2-3 years in high-volume restaurant management, strong operations knowledge, and a flair for leadership and financial awareness. Flexible hours are expected; benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
